J & F House of Terror is a Haunted House Maze. We tear down and build up every year. We are different each time. We have one Haunted House Maze. We have the most intense scares in every situation.
This will be our 12th season for our Haunted House to operate. This will be our 7th season at Firewheel Town Center.
This year we will be located in the old Razzoos restaurant building by the AMC Movie Theater and across from Sweet Pearl's Ice Cream.
310 Coneflower Drive in Garland, Texas. 972-864-2508. There are a lot of restaurants and things to do at Firewheel Town Center. Make it a fun event.

Actors are not allowed to touch you. You are not allowed to touch the actors either. If you touchor grab and actor on purpose, you will be escorted our by security.
Our haunt is very scary. We have jump scares and something hidding in each corner. We are inside but try to scare the day lights out of you.

We lowered our tickets this year. We know the ecomony still is not where it needs to be. We still want you to come. You can pay cash and credit card at the door.
Tickets will be limited and timed. Get your ticket soon. Once we sell out you will not be able to purchase one. This should also be better for wait times to get in. Your ticket time is only to get in line. There could be a wait up to 45 mins. The last weekend before Halloween is the busiest so expect longer wait times if you choose to get a ticket on the Saturday before Halloween.
We do take cash and credit card at the door this year for kids and adults. Kids tickets are only purchaseable at the door. Kid tickets are 10 and under.
No Refunds! Please let your whole group know that we do not allow purses, handbags, or weapons of any kind are not allowed in the haunt.
Identification will be required this year when we scan your barcode to your ticket. Ticket scammers and fraud beware. Your picture will be on camera when you scan in.

We recommend 16 years and older. If you are under the age of 16, you can come with a parent/guardian. We do sell light up monster necklaces for $10. The kids can hold up the necklace and the monster will BACK OFF. This gives kids the power over them. Adults can buy these too! Kid tickets are purchased at the door.
Please be cautious in entering if you have asthma, seizures, a heart condition, pregnant or any other medical condition. Please consult with your doctor before entering the haunt.
While you are deciding to purchase a ticket, we strongly encourage you, if you are experiencing a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste you should stay home. If you have been exposed to someone experiencing these symptoms and it has not been 5 days, please stay home because you will not be permitted in the haunted house.
Enter at your own risk and we are not liable. If you are pregnant, have sensability to lights or sounds, we strongly suggest you consult with your doctor before soming to the haunted house.

This year we will accept credit cards and cash at the door. Booking online holds the time slot when you are able to get in line. This does not mean you will not have a wait. Wait times can be up to 45 minutes. Please arrive the time your purchased your ticket. You are not abel to get in line until your time, unless there is no line.
You are able to pay cash at the event. Cash saves you a ticket fee.

We sell Monster necklaces to buy if you get to scared you can hold the necklace up to the monster and they will stop scaring you and deminish. $10
We will also be selling our LED masks and t-shorts on site. $20
